PierPASS OffPeak Program for All Southern California Marine Terminals
Beginning on July 23, 2005, all international container terminals in the Ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach will start five OffPeak shifts per week on nights and weekends. At that time, a Traffic Mitigation Fee will be required for cargo movement through the ports during peak hours, with certain exceptions.
