TraPac Customer Service Portal

We are excited to announce that starting August 23rd, TraPac will be transitioning to a new Customer Portal.   As part of this transition, we will no longer be monitoring the following email addresses:

  • EXPLAX@trapac.com
  • IMPOAK@trapac.com
  • EXPOAK@trapac.com

Customers are encouraged to register for the new customer service portal on the TraPac website under “Customer Portal”. Please note your registration code is your SCAC code. If your business does not utilize a SCAC code, please send us an email titled “Registration Request” for assistance. We look forward to better serving the drayage community with our updated customer service platform.
