Oakland will be implementing appointment requirement for Export drop off (Load-in) and Empty drop off (Empty-in) move.
Same as imports pick up, appointments can be made on the eModal website, the container number must correctly contain all 7 numbers, including check digit to avoid a trouble transaction.
This is a mandatory requirement started January 9th, please arrange to make the appointment prior to arrival at our facility.
