TraPac has implemented a fuel surcharge in accordance with its Terminal Schedule.
The fuel surcharge became effective April 15, 2026, and applies to applicable vessel loading and discharge activities. Supplemental fuel surcharge invoices will begin being distributed the week of June 15, 2026.
The surcharge is based on the weekly California diesel fuel price published by the U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA). Applicable surcharge rates are determined according to the following schedule:
- Diesel Price greater than $5.00 and less than $6.00 per gallon – 2.00% Fuel Surcharge
- Diesel Price equal to $6.00 and less than $7.00 per gallon – 3.00% Fuel Surcharge
- Diesel Price of $7.00 per gallon and above – 4.00% Fuel Surcharge
TraPac will continue to monitor fuel market conditions and apply the surcharge in accordance with the Terminal Schedule.
