Carriers,
Please remind your drivers that they must stay in the lane until the ticket has been issued. If they back up and switch lanes then it will cause an error that can only be rectified with the driver getting back in line at the original speaker to get the ticket. This causes delays with the processing of the transaction leading to longer wait time.
Once drivers in-gate, they are issued a ticket with a specific yard pedestal and drivers must go to that pedestal. They are not allowed to go to a pedestal that is not on the ticket. Again, this causes delays in processing the transaction for those who were assigned to the pedestal.
We will be enforcing bans for repeated offenders and will be reaching out to the trucking companies.
