emails requests for extension of free time due to no appointments available or your appointment was cancelled – Please only send the email once the appointment is secured so we know what day to extend till

We are receiving an extremely high volume of call and email volumes from both the Oakland and Los Angeles terminal customers and response may be significantly delayed. Please allow several hours for us to respond to your email and refrain from sending multiple requests when possible as this delays response for all.
